$86,400.00

How would you like to have a bank that just gave you money. This bank deposits $86,400 a day into your account. This money is free for you to use. Free for you to spend however you want. Sound good?

However, at the close of business each day you balance is reset to zero and you lose whatever was left in their for that day. The remaining balance each day does not carry over to the next. But at the beginning of each day a new deposit of $86,400 is deposited. There are never any overdraft fees with this bank. There is no limitations on you as to how you can spend this money.

What would you do with your money then? What would you do each day with $86,400 to spend? Would you withdrawal all of it and invest it in your future or would you go blow it all where ever you could? At the end of each day, would you have anything to show for the money that you spent?

Who wouldn't want a bank like this one? Who wouldn't want free money? Who wouldn't invest it in their future?

Believe it or not, you have an account at a similar bank.
You have access to the Bank of Time. You are given 86,400 seconds each and everyday to use however you want. You can invest it or you can blow it. At the end of each day the remaining time is lost never to be given back. At the start of each day you are given a new deposit of 86,400 seconds to use for that day.

You will never have overdraft charges. You will never be charged withdrawal fees. You are free to spend your time however you choose.

The Bible tells us in Ecclesiastes that there is a time and a season for everything.

Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verses 1-8

1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under Heaven: 2 a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, 3 a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, 4 a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, 5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, a time to embrace and a time to refrain, 6 a time to search and a time to give up, a time to keep and a time to throw away, 7 a time to tear and a time to mend, a time to be silent and a time to speak, 8 a time to love and a time to hate, a time for war and a time for peace.

I leave you with this thought for today: If you would take $86,400 and invest it in your future, why wont you take 86,400 seconds that you are given daily and do the same?
